Your Mission:
Take Mller Corner from Yogurt Icon to National Icon: We're searching for an ambitious, creative Brand Manager to lead the charge on Mller Corner-the UK's #1 yogurt brand by penetration, found in 30% of UK fridges! This is your opportunity to drive bold marketing initiatives, shape the future of a much-loved brand, and leave your mark on the nation.
What You'll Do:
Lead Game-Changing Campaigns: Own master brand TTL campaigns-develop creative assets, execute media plans, and collaborate with shopper and commercial teams to bring Mller Corner to life in-store.
Drive Innovation: Spearhead exciting seasonal NPD projects from ideation to national launch, coordinating cross-functional teams and activating through-the-line.
Unlock Growth: Partner with our sales force to understand commercial performance and identify new distribution opportunities.
Shape Strategy: Use brand data and analysis to inform strategy, drive monthly performance reviews, and contribute to annual planning.
Inspire & Develop Talent: Manage and develop 1-2 direct reports, fostering a culture of growth, support, and high performance.
What You'll Bring:
Marketing Experience: Minimum 3 years in marketing (FMCG preferred).
Academic Excellence: Degree-level qualification (2:1 or above) in a relevant subject, or qualified by experience.
Leadership: Proven leadership experience-whether in-role or through extracurricular activities.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Change Maker: Embrace and drive change with energy and creativity.
