Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll play a key role within the UK & EU Marketing and Innovation team, supporting the development and execution of brand and category strategies.
Exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys working collaboratively in a cross-functional organisation and bringing products to life from idea through to launch and beyond.
Responsibilities:
* Own the product roadmap and manage products from ideation through launch and lifecycle optimisation
* Lead NPD, packaging innovation, and portfolio management
* Develop and deliver go-to-market strategies and product launches
* Manage product P&L, pricing, and margin performance
* Use consumer insights, category data, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
* Partner cross-functionally to ensure consistent brand and product execution across all channels
Key Skills & Experience:
* 3-5 years experience in Brand or Product Marketing within fmcg
* Strong commercial acumen, including P&L ownership, pricing, and margin control
* Able to translate brand and category strategies into compelling, consumer-focused product propositions
* Strong collaborative working skills, with the ability to work cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and high-energy environment
* Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
* Valid UK driving licence and able to travel within the UK and EU
