What We Offer Competitive weekly pay of £475 – £550 Flexible full-time and part-time positions Opportunities across a variety of SEN and specialist school settings Ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant Access to specialist CPD training and development opportunities Long-term and short-term placements available Opportunities to gain valuable classroom and behaviour support experience The Role You may support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Additional Learning Needs, including: MLD – Moderate Learning Difficulties SLD – Severe Learning Difficulties ASC – Autism Spectrum Condition SEMH – Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs EBD – Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties PMLD – Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities may include: Providing one-to-one and small-group support Assisting with classroom activities and lesson delivery Adapting learning resources to meet individual pupil needs Supporting pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and wellbeing Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents/carers Encouraging independence, confidence, and engagement in learning Working collaboratively within specialist classroom environments Supporting personal care routines where required What We’re Looking For We welcome applications from individuals with experience in: Education Care and Support Work Youth Work Nursery and Childcare Residential Care Coaching and Mentoring Mental Health Support Ideal candidates will have: A patient, positive, and adaptable approach Strong communication and relationship-building skills The ability to manage behaviour calmly and effectively Experience supporting children or young people CACHE Level 2/3 qualifications or equivalent (desirable but not essential) Why Join Vision for Education?
