This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join an established property developer that offers many years of continues work should this assignment work out. The scheme will consist of over 20 residential units from 2-5 bedrooms. Potential of a further phase after too. The ideal candidate should have experience working on internals from 1st fix stage to completion on traditional or timber frame schemes.
