Estates Administrator
Rate - £170 Location - West London Duration - 3 months initially Ir35 - Inside (Must use an umbrella company)
We're seeking a proactive Estates & Facilities Administrator to provide administrative and coordination support across our estates and facilities operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with day-to-day administration for estates, maintenance, and facilities projects.
* Maintain accurate records, schedules, and documentation, including basic document control tasks.
* Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Support compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements.
Skills & Experience
* Strong organisational and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
* Competence with MS Office and database systems.
* Experience in an education environment is desirable but not essential.
* Prior exposure to document control or facilities administration is an advantage.
