Service Advisor Opportunity in Truro
1. Volume Main Dealer
2. Basic salary of up to £27k DOE, OTE up to £30k
3. Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota

Our client, a reputable main dealer located in Truro, Cornwall, is currently seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their busy and professional Service Department. 4. Competitive basic salary up to £27,000 dependent on experience
5. On target earnings in excess of £30,000
6. Working hours Monday to Friday with a 1 in 4 Saturday rota

Duties of a Service Advisor:
10. Advising customers on technical queries and vehicle repairs
11. Booking vehicles into the service department and organising work schedules
12. Updating customers on the progress of their vehicle repairs
13. Selling additional repairs, parts, or services to meet customer needs
14. Finalising invoices and ensuring customer satisfaction
15. Maintaining strong customer relationships and providing excellent service in a busy environment
Requireents of the Service Advisor:
16. Prior experience as a Service Advisor or Commercial Service Advisor within a dealership setting
17. Excellent customer service and communication skills
18. Ability to work effectively under pressure and independently
19. Professional attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
20. Full driving licence
