About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and solutions-oriented Project & Implementation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage client relationships, lead a growing team of implementation specialists, and oversee end-to-end project delivery. From scoping projects to post-implementation support, you’ll ensure that each project is delivered on time, to the highest standards, and with an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage client relationships, ensuring expectations are aligned and exceeded.
* Lead and support a growing team of implementation specialists (currently 2 team members).
* Oversee projects from initial scoping and planning to delivery and post-implementation support.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality standards.
* Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and secure further projects.
* Provide technical guidance to the team, particularly around CRM systems and automation tools.
* Manage resources effectively to meet project demands.
* Occasionally travel to client sites as required.
What We’re Looking For
* A passion for systems, processes, and problem-solving.
* Interest in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot), project management tools (e.g., Monday.com), and automation platforms (e.g., Make.com, Zapier) – experience with these is a bonus but not required.
* A willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to keep projects on track and deliver exceptional results.
* Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
