Private Children & Domestic Abuse Solicitor
About the Role: An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a respected and supportive legal team based in Doncaster. This role offers autonomy, meaningful client engagement, and the chance to contribute to a highly regarded family law practice.
You’ll manage your own caseload across a broad range of family law matters, particularly Private Children and Domestic Abuse, while being part of a collaborative team that values professionalism, empathy, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a varied caseload of family law matters including: Private children disputes Domestic abuse cases Divorce and separation matters
2. Undertake your own advocacy where appropriate
3. Deliver excellent client care and build lasting relationships
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law, including Legal Aid (desirable)
5. Contribute to the team’s success with a proactive and positive attitude
Ideal Candidate Profile:
6. Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx)
7. Demonstrable experience in family law
8. Experince in Private Children and Domestic Abuse
9. Confident in managing your own caseload independently
10. Strong communication and negotiation skills
11. Comfortable handling sensitive issues with professionalism and empathy
12. Experience with Legal Aid (desirable but not essential)
