Could you be what we’re looking for?
We are looking to bring on an experienced Marketing Director to lead the marketing function at senior leadership level, strengthening strategic authority, commercial impact and brand consistency across the business. The Marketing Director will be accountable for delivering marketing that is tightly aligned to the Founder’s vision, board-approved brand guidelines and commercial objectives.
The Role
The Marketing Director is a senior leadership role responsible for setting and executing the marketing strategy across all brands and venues. The role owns brand, digital, CRM, creative, campaigns, new openings and budget control, and acts as the single point of accountability to the Board for marketing performance. The role will manage a multi-disciplinary in-house team and a network of specialist third-party partners, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery at pace as the estate scales rapidly.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Define and deliver a clear marketing strategy aligned to board-approved brand and commercial objectives.
* Act as the senior marketing voice within the leadership team, providing confident, data-led challenge and direction.
* Work cross-departmentally with the COO to ensure operational buy-in and flawless execution in venues.
* Own digital performance including website, booking journey, CRM and data-led marketing.
* Ensure consistent, high-quality creative across in-house and agency teams.
* Own the marketing calendar, planning campaigns at least six months in advance.
* Ensure campaigns are commercially focused and measurable.
* Lead all new opening campaigns as the business doubles in size over the next 24 months.
* Deliver robust forecasting, ROI tracking and reporting.
* Lead, develop and performance-manage the marketing function.
To be a success with Lane7, you’ll have:
* Proven senior marketing leadership experience in a multi-site, consumer-facing business.
* Strong commercial mindset with clear understanding of revenue, margin and ROI.
* Deep experience across digital, CRM, brand and campaign delivery.
* Confident board-level communicator, comfortable with data, challenge and accountability.
* Experienced in leading mixed in-house and agency teams.
* Decisive, organised and relentlessly delivery-focused.
