Are you a proactive and technically skilled surveyor looking to make a real impact in social housing? Sellick Partnership are looking for a maintenance Surveyor to help ensure customers' homes are safe, comfortable, and up to standard.
Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Surveyor:
* Survey and inspect properties to identify issues and oversee repairs and improvements.
* Diagnose complex building issues including damp, mould, disrepair, and subsidence.
* Carry out pre- and post-inspections, ensuring compliance with health and safety and CDM regulations.
* Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to deliver works on time and within budget.
* Maintain accurate records and scopes of work using digital tools and systems.
The successful Maintenance Surveyor will have:
* HNC/HND or equivalent in a surveying or building-related field.
* Solid knowledge of damp and mould causes.
* Experience in contract delivery and using schedules of rates.
* Knowledge of CDM regulations and statutory compliance.
