Graphic / Multimedia Designer
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Location: Surrey
We are looking for a talented Graphic / Multimedia Designer to join a busy, award-winning marketing team. Reporting into the senior marketing lead, this role will play a key part in shaping and maintaining the company’s brand and visual identity.
This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys working across both print and digital, creating high-quality visual content that supports marketing activity across multiple channels.
The role
You will be responsible for delivering creative and engaging design work across a wide range of formats, including websites, print materials, social media, online advertising, email campaigns, display materials, and more.
Key responsibilities
* Help define, implement and maintain brand and visual identity guidelines
* Create high-quality print design, including advertising, leaflets, mailers and magazines
* Produce digital design assets for websites and email templates
* Design content for social media, email campaigns and online advertising
* Edit and enhance photography and other visual assets
* Support the wider marketing team and collaborate on multimedia projects as needed
About you
We are looking for someone with a strong eye for detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Essential criteria
* Proven experience in graphic design across both print and digital
* Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
* Photo editing experience
* Excellent attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
* Comfortable taking direction and feedback
* Confident sharing ideas and contributing creatively
* Strong communication and organisation skills
Desirable criteria
* Graphic Design qualification
* Previous experience in a similar design role
* Experience using PC / Windows systems would be beneficial
