Key responsibilities include registering new accounts, administering existing accounts, processing payments and recurring payment setups, and reviewing vehicle passage images for classification. The role also involves handling general enquiries, managing Penalty Charge Notices, processing appeals and representations, and responding to complaints across phone, email, and written correspondence.
