Key Responsibilities: Update and maintain spreadsheets and reports for regular review by upper management and senior leadership. Accurately track and record updates, upgrades, and changes to computer and software systems. Adhere to company policies and procedures, recommending improvements to systems and processes to reduce costs and enhance efficiency. Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail to minimize risk across all financial data handling. What We’re Looking For: An individual with a strong finance background who thrives in roles demanding precision and accountability. Ideal candidates will have experience managing financial data or working in roles requiring high accuracy and strong organizational skills. Desirable Qualifications & Skills: Advanced MS Office skills, with a particular focus on Excel and data entry accuracy. Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A positive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Proactive planning and organizing abilities. Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with teams across Finance, IT, and senior stakeholders.
