We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker (SRSW) to join a children’s residential home in Northampton, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). This role is perfect for someone with strong residential childcare experience who is ready to take on more responsibility.
The Role:
* Provide direct care and support to children and young people with EBD.
* Act as a role model, promoting independence, positive routines, and personal growth.
* Take on shift-leading responsibilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the home.
* Support, guide, and mentor junior staff to deliver consistent, high-quality care.
* Maintain accurate records, care plans, and safeguarding standards.

Requirements:

* Flexibility to work a rota including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
