Role Purpose This role exists to run and continually improve the content production lines for digital and in-store content at Absolute Collagen. You’ll be the central point that manages the flow of briefs and requests, using our content production project management tools and processes to make sure the right content gets produced, at the right quality, at the right time and is repurposed and distributed to the right public facing channel. You will support Absolute Collagen’s ambition to deliver high-velocity, brand building content across: Absolute Collagen website (PDPs, landing pages, campaigns) Paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.) Organic social & TikTok Amazon (B and A content, video, galleries, multi-market roll-out) Email / CRM Wholesale / retailers / marketplaces Store and retail requests (POS, posters, display units, local assets) You won’t be asked to do all of the creative work (although a clear knowledge of content production, video editing and design is necessary). Your role is to own the system that connects brand, creative, digital, markets and agencies, and keep the content machine running smoothly. You will be part of the creative briefing process and will need to be confident in briefing creative teams, and assessing creative content from a brand guideline and a channel perspective. Reporting line into Head of Brand. Key Responsibilities 1. Own the Digital Content Production Line Operate the content production workflow day to day, ensuring briefs are logged, triaged, prioritised and progressed. Run weekly planning / production meetings and stand-ups with core stakeholders. 2. Capacity, Resourcing & Throughput Understand and support expected content volumes by channel (e.g. Amazon SKUs needing B/A content, videos per week for paid/organic social, email templates, retailer assets). Monitor resource and capacity for in-house designers, editors and copywriters, plus offshore / agency partners. Track throughput (e.g. videos per editor per day, designs per designer, total assets per month, on-time delivery rates). Surface capacity gaps early and recommend solutions (re-prioritisation, extra resource, offshoring). 3. Brand, Creative & Channel Guidelines Work with Brand to ensure digital brand guidelines are consistently applied across all assets, including: Brand pillars, themes and messaging Fonts, typography, logo usage Layout rules, word breaks, tone of voice Accessibility and legibility requirements for web and PDPs 4. End-to-End Project & Stakeholder Management Act as day-to-day point person between: Digital & Ecommerce Brand & Creative External agencies (e.g. Amazon partners, media/creative agencies) Help prioritise work based on commercial impact vs “nice-to-have” requests. 5. Quality Control & Technical Compliance Provide first-line QA on digital assets for: Correct specs (sizes, formats, ratios, file weights, safe areas) Platform compliance requirements Web accessibility and legibility basics Consistency with brand guidelines and copy rules Ensure correct versioning, naming conventions and file organisation so assets are reusable and easy to find. 6. System & Process Improvement Continually refine the production line based on real data (bottlenecks, repeat issues, missed deadlines). Work with tech/ops to ensure Asana (or the chosen tool) is set up and maintained properly: intake forms, automation rules, dashboards for leadership. Experience Proven experience in a digital production / studio traffic / content operations role, ideally in beauty, retail, ecommerce or an in-house creative studio. Knowledge of project management systems, ideally Asana Proven experience managing high-volume digital content production across multiple channels (web, Amazon, paid social, organic social, email). Experience working with or alongside designers, video editors, copywriters and agencies. Technical & Channel Knowledge Solid working knowledge of digital content formats and best practice, including: Video (MP4, aspect ratios, durations, safe titles, subtitles/captions) Static graphics (JPG, PNG, layered source files, web optimisation) Amazon content types (B, A, galleries, hero images, copy decks) Comfortable talking to creatives in their own language, with familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro / After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and/or Canva. Strong understanding of how assets are used in: Ecommerce PDPs and landing pages Meta & TikTok organic and ads CRM / email layouts Store POS and OOH-type formats Project & Operations Skills Familiarity with Asana or similar digital project management tools. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Comfortable with simple modelling and reporting in Excel/Google Sheets (volume, capacity, throughput). Calm, solutions-focused, and able to bring order to complexity.
