Supply Chain Operations Coordinator
Bolton
Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm (37.5 hours/week)

As Supply Chain Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in keeping everything moving — from supplier updates to warehouse dispatch — helping deliver thousands of orders every day with precision and pace.
What You'll Be Doing Day to Day:
* Manage and process sales orders for a wide product range, including next-day delivery items.
* Regularly liaise with suppliers to chase orders and update delivery timelines.
* Ensure accurate delivery dates are visible to customers by keeping internal systems updated.
* Communicate with the operations team to coordinate stock availability and delivery schedules.
* Work closely with the warehouse team to make sure over 2,000 daily orders are ready to dispatch.
* Handle vendor invoices and input updates into the system.
* Support demand planning by reviewing forecasts, analysing trends and adjusting accordingly.
* Monitor inventory levels, working with the warehouse to manage product flow and space.
* Investigate invoice queries and work alongside the finance team to resolve any issues.
* Keep internal teams informed and ensure customers receive clear, timely updates.
What We’re Looking For:
* Someone confident, proactive and able to work at pace.
* Confident on the phone.
* Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
* Good attention to detail, especially when updating systems or handling data.
* Intermediate MS Excel and Word skills.
* Previous experience in supply chain, logistics or operations is ideal.
* SAP knowledge is a plus (but not essential).
* Manufacturing, supply chain or distribution background is a bonus.
