Senior Compliance Analyst London | Hybrid \n\nWe’re working with a highly regarded law firm to recruit a Senior Compliance Analyst into their growing compliance function \n\nThis is a strong opportunity for someone with solid CDD / AML experience in a law firm who enjoys complex onboarding, stakeholder interaction and acting as a go-to within a compliance team\n\nThe Role You’ll sit within the firm’s Compliance Team, supporting business acceptance, firm wide training, policies & procedures, and supporting junior analysts\n\nThe Role?\n\nThis role has a senior / mentoring element, acting as a buddy for junior analysts and supporting team leaders with training and supervision.

\n\t
* Undertake complex and high risk due diligence and support fee earners with client and matter risk assessments
\n\t
* Provide clear, practical advice on CDD/KYC, source of funds/wealth, TPPs and AML queries
\n\t
* Review and investigate screening alerts and escalations
\n\t
* Apply AML regulations and internal policies to make risk-based decisions
\n\t
* Escalate complex or high-risk matters with clear recommendations
\n\t
* Support wider compliance projects, including training and guidance updates
\n\t
* Mentor junior team members and act as a go-to within the team
\n\n\n
About You?
\n\n
\n\n
\n\t
* 3+ years’ AML experience within a law firm
\n\t
* Strong knowledge of the Money Laundering Regulations 2017 and Counter Terrorism Finance
\n\t
* Confident advising stakeholders, including Partners
\n\t
* Comfortable handling complex or sensitive matters
\n\t
* Commercially aware and solutions-focused
\n\t
* Organised, proactive and detail-driven
\n\n\n
