About the Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll lead the day‑to‑day management of client accounts, acting as the key liaison between clients and our internal team. The role focuses on growth for both the agency and its clients, delivering creative, award‑winning social media programs.
The Job
* Pitch new client programmes: write and deliver presentations to clients; continue delivering existing social campaigns.
* Act as a key liaison to deliver world‑class social media programmes.
* Build and direct the client’s communication campaigns to meet objectives and exceed expectations.
* Manage day‑to‑day social media programmes, ensuring high quality, timely delivery and adherence to budget.
What We Are Looking For
* Detail‑oriented, ensuring work is on time, on budget, and maintains quality and creativity.
* Solutions‑focused with creative problem‑solving skills.
* Experienced in managing timelines, budgets, documentation and briefs with high attention to detail.
* Strong campaign reporting and confidence in client presentations.
* Builds strong client relationships, fostering trust and motivating the internal team.
* Manages suppliers and partners to deliver top‑quality work with an entrepreneurial mindset.
* Capable of handling multiple clients, prioritising time and resources effectively.
* Demonstrates knowledge of popular culture and social media trends.
* Communicates effectively at all levels, with strong written and verbal skills.
* Highly organised, with excellent administrative and time‑management abilities.
* Shows a can‑do attitude and goes the extra mile to achieve objectives.
