Contract Manager – Facilities Management Location: Southampton Contract: 3 Months Start: ASAP Our client, a leading Facilities Management provider, is looking for an experienced Contract Manager for a 3-month interim assignment based on-site in Southampton. Key Responsibilities: Oversee delivery of hard and soft FM services across the site Manage on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact Ensure H&S, quality, and statutory compliance Drive performance, cost efficiency, and service improvementsRequirements: Proven background in contract management within FM (essential) Technical background in mechanical, electrical, or building services (essential) Strong operational and client management skills Knowledge of compliance standards and health & safety regulations Available to start immediately or at short noticeTo apply for the role please send your up to date CV
