GSL Education are searching for experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistants to provide tailored support in schools across the Dinnington area (S25), helping pupils access their learning with confidence. As 1:1 Teaching Assistants (TA), you will work closely with individual pupils, supporting their academic progress, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing throughout the school day. Responsibilities: Provide targeted one-to-one support as 1:1 Teaching Assistants. Assist with implementing personalised learning plans and strategies. Encourage pupils’ engagement, confidence, and positive behaviour. Collaborate with teachers, SEN teams, and parents. Requirements: Experience supporting children with additional or special educational needs. A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
