Sales Support Coordinator

Location: Chapel Brampton, Northampton, office-based

Salary: £25,396 to £27,000, dependent on experience

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours, flexible with times

About the role

We're currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator or Administrator to join our team in Northampton. In this impactful role, you'll provide essential administration support for the Senior Sales Manager, working within the House Build division. If you're looking for a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can make a real difference, this is the role for you

Key Responsibilities

* Managing customer tenders, ensuring accurate document processing and customer communication.
* Managing CRM and Lead Generation portals, with efficient and accurate data entry.
* Coordinating and progressing the sales pipeline, both internally and externally.
* Telesales and appointment of meetings from the inbound & outbound generated leads.
* Following up on outstanding quotes and estimating.
* Working with the design and estimating team on quote management and production.
* Dealing with customer queries and ensuring they are positioned with the relevant internal team member and actioned.
* Producing reports that give insight into sales performance.
* Work with Sales & Marketing teams to seek new opportunities within existing and new clients, utilising social media networks (LinkedIn), lead generation portals and existing relationships (cross selling).

Requirements

* Proven experience in a similar administrative/coordination role – open to any industry but high preference on grounds maintenance/landscaping.
* Ability to confidently liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and stakeholders, with skills in relationship building.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, basic Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with either experience in or the ability to learn CRM systems.
* Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
