Evri's Out of Home network plays a critical role in delivering an outstanding final-mile experience for our customers. As ParcelShop Regional Manager, you'll lead a regional OOH team to drive performance, quality and growth across our ParcelShop estate, ensuring we consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role where you'll combine operational expertise, commercial thinking and people leadership to future-proof our OOH network and support Evri's continued growth.

1. Leading and developing a regional team of Business Development Executives, driving performance, capability and engagement
2. Implementing strategies to improve performance across the OOH ParcelShop network and prepare it for future growth
3. Proactively planning capacity, estate growth and service optimisation across your region
4. Working closely with Network Development and senior stakeholders to shape the future OOH structure, using volume, revenue and location data to inform decisions
5. Reviewing and optimising regional and BDE boundaries to ensure effective deployment and operational efficiency
