Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you'll be giving day‑to‑day support to your team, ensuring they consistently provide great service to everyone who comes to the caf. This is a busy, lively place to work, so you'll need to be adaptable. Your focus will be front of house, dealing directly with people and serving them food and drink. You will use your excellent eye for detail to ensure all displays and signs are accurate, and that the food looks good.
You may also need to help the kitchen team with preparing food. You will supervise the induction and training of colleagues, helping build a team dedicated to great service and to giving people a day to remember. Further professional training and development is available upon request.

Salary & Hours
Salary: 25,837.50 per annum. Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Duration: Permanent. Working Pattern: You will work 5 out of 7 days a week, including weekend work. Typical shifts will be 9am‑5pm. No evenings will be required.
