Introduction to the Practice: A well-established, multi-site small animal practice is looking to welcome a Veterinary Surgeon into its friendly and experienced clinical team. About the Practice & Location: The practice operates across three nearby sites and is RCVS accredited, offering a modern, well-equipped working environment including:

* Ultrasound

About the Role: This is a full-time position based on a 4-day working week ️, promoting excellent work–life balance. The role includes a shared weekend rota, with part-time hours also considered. Duties include:
* Delivering high-quality medical and surgical care to small animal patients
* Managing routine consultations and procedures with senior support always available
* Building strong client relationships through clear, compassionate communication
* Working collaboratively within a multi-vet, multi-nurse team
* Taking part in clinical discussions and ongoing development initiatives
