Role Description
The Area Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing cleaning operations within designated client sites in the Manchester area. This is a full‑time, on‑site role, requiring hands‑on leadership to ensure high standards of service delivery, compliance with health and safety regulations, and client satisfaction. Key tasks include supervising staff, conducting quality audits, managing schedules, addressing client concerns, liaising with key stakeholders, and ensuring operational efficiency across all allocated sites. The Area Manager will also play a role in promoting a positive team environment and driving a client‑focused culture.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in staff management, team leadership, and scheduling staff for on‑site operations.
* Expertise in quality assurance, compliance with health and safety regulations, and conducting operational audits.
