This is an operational leadership role requiring someone who can confidently own and drive EHCP processes end to end, ensuring compliant, timely statutory reviews, effective transition planning, accurate funding utilisation, and a consistently excellent learner experience. You will manage and develop a team, providing clear direction and professional support as they oversee the learner journey from pre entry through to progression. Working collaboratively with Local Authorities, curriculum leaders, and a range of internal and external stakeholders, you will act as the primary point of contact for SEND across college, ensuring provision is robust, responsive, and aligned to the SEND Code of Practice.
