Fin Search are recruiting a Finance Analyst (Compliance) on a permanent basis for a market leading, international legal firm based in Leeds. The business is operating a hybrid working model - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. As a Finance Analyst (Compliance), this role will be working as part of a small, fast paced team, responsible for driving finance policies, processes and controls across the business with a focus on client money and Solicitors Accounting Rules. Duties will include, however are not limited to, working closely with the legal teams to become a trusted advisor in regard to client money processes, preparing key reconciliations regularly identifying trends and working to address any issues, performing detailed reviews of finance data to investigate compliance issues and mitigate any breaches and developing progress trackers and providing regular reporting to senior management and liaising closely with key internal stakeholders and answering any client money queries.
