Vehicle Technician / Mechanic Required – Premium Main Dealer
1. Location: Oldbury
2. Salary: Up to £35,000 Basic | OTE £40,000+
3. Hours: 40 hours per week | Saturdays 1 in 4 (included in salary)
We are currently recruiting for 2 x Vehicle Technicians (with potential for additional hires) to join a well-established, premium franchised dealership based in Oldbury.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Vehicle Technician looking to take the next step in their career within a modern, high-performing workshop environment. Full manufacturer training is provided, so individuals without brand experience are encouraged to apply.
Duties as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic will include:
4. Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
5. Diagnosing faults and ensuring high standards of workmanship
6. Working efficiently to meet set timescales and productivity targets
7. Maintaining a safe, clean and organised workshop environment
8. Delivering a high level of customer satisfaction through quality work
What's required for this Vehicle Technician / Mechanic position :
9. Qualified Vehicle Technician with a Level 3 (or equivalent) industry-recognised qualification
10. Previous experience within a franchised dealership is essential
11. Strong technical knowledge and diagnostic ability
12. Able to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
13. Full UK driving licence
