Finance Administrator
Location: Romford, Essex
Hours: 9am - 6pm or 8am - 5pm
Salary: £26,000 - 28,000 + Excellent benefits
The role in a nutshell:
A major retail centre with ambitious plans ahead are looking for a Finance Administrator to maintain the smooth running of the centre management office. You will play a key part in supporting the Business Support Manager with financial and general administrative support.
Full training will be provided on the elements that pertain to the property sector. Full list of benefits will be provided upon request.
The ideal candidate for this role has a meticulous attention to detail and has used accounting software before. They will have a desire to work in varied role in a dynamic sector.
Duties of the role:
* Manage essential administrative tasks such as handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining contract databases, and maintaining stationery supplies
* Support the Business Support Manager in their day-to-day responsibilities, including assisting with collating sales figures and managing customer email contacts
* Take charge of financial record keeping
* Process all purchase orders and invoices
* Collect and analyse data
* Maintain relationships with service providers and suppliers
* Resolve queries from suppliers and contractors
* Address inquiries and complaints, both in person and over the phone, always ensuring a positive and professional interaction
* Collaborate with various teams within the organisation
