The Alliance is seeking to recruit a Children's Services Manager to join the Children's Services Department and lead our services in the North of England and East Midlands. This role focuses on supporting our settings in this area; however, you should be available to support settings nationwide as needed.
Main duties:
* Ensure that Early Years Alliance settings provide outstanding early years care and education, aligning with the charity’s mission to improve futures for children and families, particularly the disadvantaged.
* Work alongside the Children’s Services Director and Managers to develop our early years settings, promoting high-quality and innovative practice.
* Provide effective leadership to Setting Managers, helping them develop their skills and deliver high standards of early years provision.
* Lead on complex issues, including being the primary contact for Ofsted, Safeguarding, and Personnel matters.

Essential criteria:
* Level 6 qualification in Early Years or Leadership and Management
* Extensive senior-level experience in early years
* Full and relevant early years qualification
