You will play an important role in assisting the development of a business that excels in project management and programme management consultancy work. This role is not for a qualified lawyer.
Your new role
Our client’s organisation works across several sectors and due to increasing demand on the global risk management side of the business, there is an exciting role advising on risks in contracts between clients and suppliers linked with the operational business. The successful candidate will be someone who can offer contract advice to operational teams as well as liaising with clients on any contractual matters that may arise. You will also work very closely with other teams in the business to improve overall risk management andpliance awareness.
What you'll need to succeed
At a minimum, candidates looking to apply for this position will need to have legal qualifications (law degree or equivalent legal qualifications) and previous experience of reviewing/re-drafting contracts. A successful candidate will exude pragmatism and maintain a positive attitude, being highly organised and independent, with excellent attention to detail. You will possess fantastic interpersonal and negotiation skills, able to influence and develop relationships with a variety of teams and individuals at all levels across the business.
