Our client is undergoing a transformation in their IT team, shifting from a fully outsourced model to building an in-house capability. With a new Interim IT Director in place, they are now looking for an IT Support Analyst to manage the day-to-day IT operations and provide 1st and 2nd line support across the business.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal users
- Resolve IT support tickets and troubleshoot technical issues
- Issue and set up new IT equipment for users
- Assist with WiFi troubleshooting
- Experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT support
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft stack – M365, Teams, Active Directory, and Office 365
- Ability to manage and maintain IT systems
- Experience supporting printers and label printing machines
