Door-to-Door Sales Staff (Field Sales Representative) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent / Commission-based We are acting on behalf of a confidential client who is seeking enthusiastic and driven Door-to-Door Sales Staff to join their field sales team. This role involves representing the client directly to consumers, promoting products or services, and converting interest into sales or leads. Key Responsibilities Visit residential addresses or designated areas to canvass and engage with potential customers. Present products, services, or promotions in a professional and persuasive manner. Handle customer interactions courteously, respecting privacy and compliance with relevant regulations. Secure sales, registrations, or leads, achieving agreed targets. Record customer interactions and outcomes accurately in company systems or reporting tools. Manage own daily schedule and canvassing routes to maximise efficiency and coverage. Provide feedback on customer reactions, common objections, and market insights to support strategy. Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to ensure smooth operations and target achievement. Skills & Experience Required Confident, outgoing, and persuasive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks. Professional and trustworthy, representing a brand in customers’ homes or communities. Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends as required. Previous sales experience (door-to-door, field, retail, or telesales) is desirable but not essential; strong willingness to learn is acceptable.
