Job Summary
As Lead Maintenance Technician, you'll be the driving force behind our day-to-day operations. You'll deliver high-quality exterior cleaning and maintenance services, oversee subcontractors and ensure every client receives the premium service we will be known for.
We are on a mission to professionalise home maintenance and exterior cleaning offering a new level of service to discerning clients who want to free up more time.
This role is not just about doing the physical job, it's about building a customer base, loyalty and trust.
What You'll Do
* Carry out property maintenance (window cleaning, lawn care, power washing,
* gutters, seasonal jobs).
* Be the on-site lead – managing jobs, subcontractors, and quality checks.
* Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
* Use our CRM app (Jobber) to log jobs with before/after photos.
* Spot opportunities for upsells and referrals.
What We're Looking For
* Hands-on experience in exterior cleaning, grounds maintenance, or basic trades.
* Skilled with professional tools or quick to learn: power washers, gutter vacs, water-fed poles.
* Organised and reliable – able to manage schedules independently.
* Professional, presentable, and customer-focused.
* Full UK driving licence.
