Experienced Multi-Trader (Employed Role) Location: South East / South West London & Home Counties Hours: MondayFriday, 8:00am4:00pm (overtime available) Employment Type: Full-time, PAYE About the Role We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi-Trader to join our growing construction and refurbishment team. This is a long-term, employed position suited to someone who takes pride in their work, can be trusted to work independently, and represents the company professionally on site. You will be working across a variety of residential and small commercial projects including refurbishments, adaptations, extensions, and planned works. Key Responsibilities Carry out high-quality multi-trade works including: Carpentry/joinery Basic plumbing Plaster patching Tiling Decorating General snagging and making good Take ownership of small jobs or work as part of a wider site team on larger schemes Liaise professionally with: Clients and residents Subcontractors Site and project managers Maintain a safe, tidy, and well-organised working environment Ensure work is completed to a high standard and within agreed programmes About You ? Must have one core trade (e.g. joinery, plumbing, plastering, tiling) ? Competent across all general multi-trade aspects ? Comfortable working alone or as part of a team ? Able to communicate well and represent the company professionally on site ?
