About the Role

The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in scheduling planned and reactive maintenance requests, ensuring seamless coordination between customers and the engineering team.

Responsibilities include processing sales & purchase invoices, booking and scheduling service calls & maintenance appointments, managing engineers' diaries, and preparing quotes, order confirmations, and essential documents.
