We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Mechanical HVAC Engineer to join a well-established and growing facilities management provider. This is a mobile role covering London and the South East, offering a competitive salary and a great MondayFriday work-life balance.
The Role
As a Mobile Mechanical HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites. The role focuses on mechanical and HVAC systems, ensuring all equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical and HVAC systems
* Respond to reactive maintenance and breakdowns across multiple sites
* Service and maintain AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, and associated plant
* Fault find and repair mechanical and HVAC equipment
* Support minor installations and small works where required
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
* Complete job reports and maintain accurate service records
* Provide a professional, client-facing service on site
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Mechanical or HVAC Engineer within commercial maintenance
* Relevant mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Experience working in a mobile role desirable
* Full UK driving licence xsngvjr
* Good communication skills and a professional approach
