Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking a Service Manager on behalf of their client to lead the aftersales team at a respected dealership located in the Isle of Man.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Manager looking to relocate to a scenic and community-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and motivate the service team to meet performance and customer satisfaction targets
* Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and quality
* Monitor workshop output, labour sales, and departmental profitability
* Handle staffing, training, and development of service personnel
* Collaborate with the sales and parts departments to ensure smooth coordination
* Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
* Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards
Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Service Manager in a main dealership or busy service environment
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Good commercial awareness and understanding of aftersales KPIs
* Ability to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently
* Full UK driving licence
* Right to work in the UK
