Position:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Admin Support Officer – Catering Office based at University Hospital Crosshouse.
What you will do:
In support of our core purpose of Working together to achieve the healthiest life possible for everyone in Ayrshire and Arran we are committed to a culture that is Caring Safe and Respectful. An opportunity has arisen within the Catering Department for a suitably experienced A & C Support Officer.
You will provide a high quality comprehensive administrative service ensuring the effective and efficient running of the Catering Department, while working under pressure with competing demands. You should be able to work flexibly in order to meet service demands.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
Candidates should be educated to SVQ III/ECDL in Business/Office Administration or equivalent experience in is essential, along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. You will possess excellent skills in organisation, numeracy, audio and keyboard. Experience in diary management, arranging meetings, taking action notes/minutes as necessary, distribution of papers etc. would also be advantageous. A level of understanding, a calm nature, excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team or on your own initiative is desirable.

29.6 hours per week
Driving Licence/Car Ownership:
A car licence/car ownership is essential to this role.
