What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Supporting the Branch Manager with valuations, vendor care, and marketing activities Managing your own sales pipeline from instruction to completion Delivering exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers Working closely with colleagues and in-house financial advisors to maximise opportunities Achieving individual and branch sales targets Upholding company standards of professionalism and integrity Contributing to the continued growth and success of the branch What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Proven track record in residential property sales Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills In-depth understanding of the sales and conveyancing process Positive, proactive approach with strong business acumen Ability to motivate yourself and others to achieve targets Full UK driving licence (essential) Passion for property, people, and delivering excellence What's In It For You?
