Spirit Energy is seeking a Wells Lead for the Morecambe Net Zero project. This role involves overseeing all aspects of well drilling, completion engineering, and technical integrity in carbon storage projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in well operations and understand the UK’s carbon storage regulatory framework.
Key responsibilities include efficiently leading a multidisciplinary team, managing budgets, and securing necessary permits. A degree in Engineering or Earth Science, ideally at MSc or MEng level, is required.
This 1-year contract is based in Aberdeen, Scotland.
