Responsibilities of the Asbestos Manager role:
* Manage asbestos programmes and lift equipment systems
* Being the main point of contact for the programmes and systems
* Improve and implement existing asbestos services to drive customer satisfaction
* Strategically ensuring the programme is reaching all regulatory regulations
* Developing remedial and servicing asbestos programmes for the residential properties
* Key skills needed for an Asbestos Manager:
* Managed Asbestos programmes and lift equipment systems
* IOSH management
* P402
* Lift and Escalator Industry Association
