Job Listing: Project Coordinator III
The Pasco County Utilities department is seeking a Project Coordinator III – Customer Information & Services to join our team. This full-time position involves supporting various projects, programs, data collection, analysis, management, and reporting within the Customer Information & Services Department. Responsibilities include customer account research, processing appeals, developing policies and procedures, account and budget reconciliation, managing public inquiries, and acting as a liaison between field, data, billing, and administrative teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service and record-keeping skills.
Essential Job Functions
* Facilitate projects and account services within CI&S and other departments.
* Monitor, analyze, interpret, and develop reports.
* Enter data into various systems accurately.
* Provide seamless customer service and demonstrate integrity and innovation.
* Coordinate project schedules, document work, and ensure data accuracy.
* Ensure compliance with County ordinances.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Ability to read maps, drawings, and applications.
* Strong reading comprehension skills.
* Ability to prepare documents and correspondence.
* Recommend process improvements.
* Establish effective working relationships with customers and agencies.
* Operate a County vehicle and office machinery, including Microsoft Office products.
* Address public concerns courteously and effectively.
* Perform accurate mathematical calculations.
* Follow oral and written instructions and prepare reports.
Physical Skills
Effective verbal, written, and visual communication skills. Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
Education, Training, and Experience
Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate degree and four (4) years of project coordination/management experience, OR high school graduation or equivalent with six (6) years of experience. Experience with contract documents is preferred.

* Must possess a valid Florida driver’s license.
