Overview
Are you a highly motivated and experienced Senior Structural Engineer ready to take on exciting challenges? My client DDA Engineers has instructed me to find them a talented individual to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality structural designs for a diverse portfolio of interesting projects, primarily across London with occasional opportunities further afield. Projects are typically new build and refurbishments.
This is an office-based position at Borough, perfect for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys collaborative teamwork, and wants to contribute to a close-knit group of friendly, highly competent professionals. Key Responsibilities
* Lead design and feasibility for structural projects
* Manage your own projects and support the team to meet company workload
* Ensure design safety, regulatory compliance, and robust risk assessments
* Contribute to team success
* Monitor project budgets and outputs
What You’ll Bring
* Ideally Chartered status (CEng, MICE or MIStructE)
* Strong technical expertise and high design standards
* Commercial focus and ability to build client relationships
* Great communication skills and a proactive attitude beyond day‑to‑day tasks
