A local authority client I'm working with in the Midlands is recruiting for a revenues officer on a contract basis.
Location: Fully Remote.
Rate: Negotiable (DOE)
Contract Length: 6 -12 months
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle enquiries regarding Council Tax and Council Tax Support.
* Administrating the billing and collection of Council tax.
* Granting discounts and exemptions.
Essential Criteria:
* Minimum 3 years experience in Revenues and Benefits.
* Civica Open Revenues is a must
* Experience in Council Tax Collection specifically
* Experience of working for a local authority
