Hi, my name is Sheena, and I am 40 years old. I have Myalgic Encephalomyeltis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS), which causes profound fatigue after very little exertion. I am looking for support with personal care including washing and dressing, meal preparation/batch cooking, and a little housework including laundry for 10 hours per week over two days.
I am looking for someone with the the following qualities:

5. Open to learning
6. Ideally you would have experience with disability and/or chronic illness, but this is not a requirement.
I like to chat about books, TV/music, and previously worked as a support worker/care assistant. I am interested in mental health/psychology, science/science fiction, wildlife/gardening. Sometimes I try to learn languages.
