Role: Technical Operator
Location: Kraft-Heinz Kitt Green, Wigan UK
Shift Patterns - 1 x Double Day Pattern (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm alternating weeks) & 2 x Nights (10pm-6am). All Monday-Friday.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 8-4:00pm

About the Role
We're seeking a skilled and motivated 3 Canmaking Technical Operators to join our high-performing team at Kraft Heinz Kitt Green. As a key player in our production team, you'll play a critical role in maintaining our innovative canmaking assets, ensuring maximum volume and quality standards are met.

What You'll Be Doing
* Collaborate with our multi-disciplined shift team to optimise equipment utilisation and deliver exceptional results;
* Take ownership of maintenance and operational duties to support production and asset care;
* Continuously monitor and control processes to ISM standards, driving excellence in every aspect of your work;
* Safely perform work on equipment in the Canmaking Department, using your mechanical skills to troubleshoot and repair issues;
* Assist our engineers in repairs, overhauls, and other projects, sharing your expertise and learning from theirs;
* Leverage our business systems to report your work and contribute to the team's overall effectiveness;
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and help others achieve production targets;
* Be a flexible and proactive team player, providing cover across shifts and participating in all aspects of our KraftHeinz Management System (KHMS).
What You'll Have
* L3 Technical Operator Qualified;
* Process equipment experience;
* Mechanical Experience / skills;
* Hands on approach to breakdown and repairs;
* Previous Sterilising & Mechanical experience would be a great to have;
* A flexible and enthusiastic outlook, with a passion for teamwork and collaboration;
* A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to implement effective solutions;
* Excellent communication and training skills, with a willingness to learn and develop.
