I am currently looking for an administrator to work for my client based in Blackburn, Lancashire on a permanent basis.
To provide both clerical and administrative support to professionals, either as part of a team or individually. You’ll be involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and will frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks.
Duties:
1. Data input and system monitoring
2. General administration tasks
3. filing paper work to appropriate departments
4. Answering phone calls
5. Emailing
6. Schedule and attend meetings, create agendas and take minutes
7. Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts
8. Order and maintain stationery and equipment
9. manage and maintain budgets and carry out invoicing
10. Manipulate statistical data
11. Arrange in-house and external events
12. Arrange training for staff members.
13. Invoicing tenants
14. Dealing with account queries
15. Social Media updates
