Plumber
Alba Facilities Services Ltd is an established facilities services provider who seeks an experienced Plumber for a permanent position, working on various commercial contracts, mainly in Central Scotland.
This is a field based, client facing role where you will carry out planned and reactive plumbing works within retail, hospitality, commercial and domestic settings across the Central Belt.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out routine and emergency plumbing works in commercial and domestic settings
* Installation, maintenance and repair of existing installations e.g. sinks, toilets etc
* Providing excellent customer service to all customers, internal and external alike
* Completion of relevant documentation and job reports
* Be part of an on-call rota
Skills and Qualifications:
* Fully qualified, time served plumber, ideally with at least 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role
* Proven ability to fault find and solve problems
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Strong communication skills
