At Gascoigne Halman, part of the Connells Group and the area’s leading estate agency, we’re looking for a highly motivated Estate Agent to join our team as a Sales Negotiator to complement our fantastic residential sales team at our Cheadle Branch.
OTE From £24,000.
A quick look at the role
In this role you will be helping people find their dream home by generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers and agreeing sales!
Key Activities:
1. Arranging viewings
2. Receiving feedback and taking initial offers
3. Obtaining valuations
4. Regular client contact
5. Applicant management
6. Administration including creating of sales brochures and set up of new files
7. New business generation.
8. Nurture existing client and contact relationships
Candidate Profile:
9. Proven track record of achieving objectives and building relationships
10. Well developed verbal and written communication skills
11. Ability to quickly build rapport and long standing relationships
12. Team player but able to work independently
13. Excellent IT and administration skills - training on the in-house agency system will be provided
14. Calm under pressure
15. Pro-active thinker who maximises opportunities
16. Energetic, enthusiastic & entrepreneurial
17. Knowledge of the local area
18. Driving Licence
